Office Automation

Chase Computer Services uses tools like Visual Studio to build on the Microsoft .Net framework.  We spend time with the client to learn about the business task and design a solution to automate or improve efficiency of that task using a custom application.

Some tasks are well suited within the confines of the Microsoft Office suite.  We have developed automated report creation and data management using macros within Microsoft Excel.

We can build an application or use Microsoft Office documents to process your text files.  Those text files could be exported data from your legacy systems in which you have invested.  The end product is a custom designed report in a Microsoft Office document or a file that can be imported into your next generation software.

Through automation we can turn a manual task that might take one or more persons multiple hours to complete into a task started by one person and only take a few minutes to complete.
